About the Show
Rodgers and Hammerstein's eighth Broadway collaboration, based on the 1957 novel, The Flower Drum Song by C. Y. Lee.
Story: Mei Li has come to San Francisco for her arranged marriage to Sammy, but he would rather marry Linda Low. Luckily, Sammy's friend Wang Ta falls in love with Mei Li and they all live happily ever after.
