Story:
Dewey Finn may not be rich or successful, but he sure knows rock ‘n roll. When the jobless rocker seizes an opportunity to pose as a substitute teacher at a prestigious private school for a few extra bucks, he is inspired by the musical talents of the students there. With their well-trained abilities and his rockstar attitude, he believes they can form a hard-rocking band and win the local Battle of the Band competition - unfortunately, the childrens’ parents and teachers don’t quite see it that way.
